When invited to the iTrust platform, you will receive an email notification that will allow you to sign up and create an account. 

Click on the link in the email. You will be directed to the Sign-in page in a new browser tab.

Then click on the “Create new account” button to create your account. 

If you already have an iTrust account, simply fill in the Email and Password fields with your information and click on the “SIGN IN” button.

Enter your Email, Website URL, and create a password.

*Remember, your password has to be at least eight characters long - the more characters, the better; include upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters. Note: do not use < or > in your password, as both can cause problems in Web browsers.

Once you have filled in all the necessary fields, accept the terms of the privacy policy, and click on the CREATE ACCOUNT button. 

Password recovery

If you ever forget your password, you can reset it. 

To do so, go to the Sign-in page and reset your password simply by clicking on the Reset button. 

Follow the instructions on your screen to reset your password.
